Tim Philips has honed his craft of cocktails for over 14 years with experience gained all over the world, in the some of the world’s best bars. In 2010 Tim was named ‘Bartender of the Year’ in both the UK (2010) and Australia (2011/12), as well as being the World Class Global Champion in 2012.
Ben Taouss began his career in fine dining establishments in France, which led him to London in 2001 where he worked with chef greats; Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay. Ben quickly found his talent lay in the creativity and construction of bars so he then took on Bar Management roles with the famed London establishments; Aura, Boujis, Cocoon, Eclipse and Groucho members clubs.
James is The Creative Drink Consultant for the Swillhouse Group (Shady Pines Saloon & The Baxter Inn) two of Sydney bars that are favourited by consumers and bartenders alike. James won the 2015 Australian leg of the Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge and will represent Australia at the Global Final held in Trinidad in February 2016.
Manuel Terron is an authority and leading voice of Australian bartending. As a seasoned professional that has worked in the industry for over 25 years creating award winning drinks and tending bars, he’s worked in Barcelona, New York and throughout Australia.
Born & raised in Calabria Italy, Max moved to London at the age of 23 to start working as a barista, at a small bar called Bank. Instantly Max fell in love with the atmosphere and the energy and knew he wanted to join the team behind the bar. This was the beginning of his career as a bartender.
Originally from the UK Mike Enright has over twenty five years experience in the hospitality industry. Mikey started his career in traditional ale and managing pubs in England. He was later trained in London as a Cocktail Bartender and moved to Sydney, Australia in 1999
