Belgrove Oat Whisky 59.1% 500ml
The fourth release Oat Whisky aged for 3 years and cut at 59.1%. This is a grain to glass model with the obvious benefit that all aspects are under Peter Bignell's control. Previous releases have shown a great promise and a steady progression toward sheer brilliance. Made with a mash bill of Oats, Rye, Malted Barley and Wheat all grown on site at Belgrove Distillery.

Belgrove Peated Rye Whisky 50% 500ml
The fourth release Peated Rye Whisky aged for 2.5 years and cut at 50%. This is a grain to glass model with the obvious benefit that all aspects are under Peter Bignell’s control. On the nose – old smoke, quite sweet with some vanilla and honey fudge On the palate smoky and fruity, quite sweet with some cold ash aromas, caramel, earthy like a campfire in a warm summer rain, burned apricot, We call this a ‘smoky every-day-dram’!

Belgrove Black Rye Coffee Liqueur 22% | 500ml
Grappa and White Rye distilled at Belgrove forms the base for this delicious coffee liqueur.The Black Rye has a silky viscosity that coats your mouth as you sip. It has strong chocolate and nutty notes stemming from
the grappa with a slight bitterness added by the coffee. The Belgrove Black’s sweetness is tempered by the rye coming through in the middle and late palate.Designed with Espresso Martinis in mind but also great over ice cream or a dash in a coffee.$55.00 (inc GST) -
Belgrove Rye Whisky Pinot Cask 60% | 500ml
A single cask, cask strength rye whisky from Tasmania’s Belgrove distillery matured in an ex-pinot wine cask aged for 3 years. The expected spice of the rye is matched with the sweetness of the pinot cask. Two complex flavours coming together beautifully in this release from Belgrove. The spice of the rye is balanced by the sweetness and depth of the cask. Complex, rolling flavours are putting these single cask releases up with the best whiskies to ever emerge from Belgrove.

Belgrove Rye Whisky 45% 500ml
Bright gold appearance. Immediately appealing and distinctive with its dill / pickle opening scents. Second pass offers chamomile tea, hints of boiled lolly, cedary oak and peppermint. A light, silky entry follows through to a super smooth and quite delicate profile featuring medium dry flavours of chamomile tea, sour dough bread and unusual notes of dill and caraway. Dry, mildly tannic finish. Aftertaste is subtle but shows good length.

Belgrove ‘Any Port in a Storm’ Whisky 62.7% 500ml
Belgrove’s 100% Rye Whisky aged in Ex-Heartwood ‘Any Port in a Storm’ cask. The sweet aromas of candied almonds, nougat and fresh croissant take centre stage, with highlights of bush honey, blood oranges, lemonade, cola and black cherry, with vibrant grassy rye weaving throughout, an earthy hint of the first drops of rain hitting the dust lingers in the background. On the palate, the whisky is soft, smooth and centred around candied orange peel, ripe pears and toffee apple, all surrounded in light maple syrup mixed with sweet malty smoke. The smoke carries through to the finish and the fruit and maple characters evolve into an almond croissant dusted in icing sugar.

Belgrove Hopped Malt Whisky 61.7% | 500ml
Beautiful and complex floral nose, if you didn’t know it was from hops one could imagine being aged in a sauterne cask.This is at natural cask strength but the alcohol burn is minimal.Quite fruity but we’ll balanced taste. Very little bitterness that some might expect from the hops. Long sweet malty finish.$195.00 (inc GST) -

Belgrove White Rye is an unaged whisky (new make) cut at 40%
Taste – Peppery, slightly smokey (surprisingly), dried mango, dried berries, dough, creamy mouthfeel. Molasses in the aftertaste.

Timboon Christie’s Cut 60% 500ml
Christie’s Cut is Timboon Distillery’s second permanent line of whisky. It has been aged in 45 litre ex-Port casks and has been placed into the casks undiluted. It has been named after Inspector John Christie who at the turn of the 19th century tracked and captured Tom Delaney who was an illict distiller in the Timboon area.
This malt is big and bold with deep character and notes of burnt raisins, silk, smoke and spice. The finish is long and full flavoured and has been aged for 5 years.

This single malt has been aged in a port cask and been bottled at 41% and highlight the trademark softness of the Timboon spirit.
The golden goodness is gentle on the nose and inviting, showing aromas of oak, caramel, butter scotch, dark chocolate, red berries and honey. With full length through the pallet, the whisky is soft with fruity notes and a wisp of vanilla.
This is the flagship whisky from Timboon and it’s not hard to see why!
