The Head Honcho Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 700ml
Region: Mount Gambier
Single Vineyard
100% Coonawarra
Alcohol: 15.2% Alc/Vol Cellaring: To 2030
Closure: Diam Cork (guaranteed against cork taint)
The Head Honcho was created from our 10 acre single Cabernet vineyard. This vineyard produces small berries full of intense flavour, harvesting a tiny 1 tonne per acre.
In the 2015 vintage, it had only organic additives, and no pesticides (none have been used in this vineyard for 10 years).
We aged this wine for 24 months in the finest French Oak barrels. Only 3 barrels were chosen as good enough – creating only 100 cases. The Head Honcho will age well until 2030.

Razortooth Vineyard, Pinot Noir Mount Gambier 2016 700ml
Region: Mount Gambier
Cape Banks, on Mount Gambier’s rugged coastline, has the perfect cool-climate and soil conditions for Pinot Noir.
The rocks under the vines are razor-sharp, like teeth rising from the soil. We lose a lot of tyres, but this soil makes each vine struggle, keeping the vigour low and flavours complex.

Cape Banks, Pinot Noir Mount Gambier 2016 700ml
Region: Mount Gambier
“There is a buzz around pinot grown in Mount Gambier and there’s a good reason for it. Cool growing conditions, rocky, minerally soil, and low-yielding vines contribute to the hints of vanilla and fresh tobacco over spicy cheery notes. This is a moreish tribute to the local landscape and begs for foggy evenings, an armchair and plenty of time to waste.”
